Eric Dutra
Eric Dutra has directed multi-million-dollar campaigns at the federal and state levels, built field operations across Southern California and nationally, and helped scale party infrastructure at both the state and county level. He began as Deputy State Director for the California Republican Party, overseeing regional political operations and coordinated voter engagement efforts statewide. He later served as Campaign Manager for Congresswoman Michelle Steel, where he oversaw field operations and multilingual messaging strategy in one of the most competitive congressional districts in the country. He then managed the campaign for State Senator Tony Strickland, directing full-cycle operations including strategy, fundraising, voter contact, and compliance. Eric went on to serve as Deputy Executive Director of the Republican Party of Orange County, leading day-to-day political operations for one of the most influential county parties in the nation. Today, as a Principal Consultant at Movement Makers, Eric specializes in campaign management, independent expenditure strategy, and political infrastructure — bringing disciplined execution, scalable systems, and measurable performance to campaigns and organizations across the country.
Gerald “Jerry” Sirotnak
Jerry Sirotnak brings executive-level experience across government affairs, electoral strategy, and political operations at the state and national level. He has served as Executive Director of both the San Diego County Republican Party and the San Bernardino County Republican Party, administering a $1.7 million annual budget in San Diego and building competitive organizational infrastructure in both counties. As Campaign Manager for Congressman Ken Calvert, he led strategic and operational execution in a competitive congressional district, aligning data, messaging, field, fundraising, and outside consultants to secure re-election. He played a key role in ballot curing efforts that contributed to the election of Assemblyman Greg Wallis in a race decided by 85 votes — one of the tightest legislative victories in California history. Beyond electoral campaigns, Jerry has helped advance legislation, secure development approvals, and shape regulatory outcomes through structured government affairs strategy across the country. He has overseen individual political and advocacy projects exceeding $6 million, trained hundreds of candidates and campaign professionals, and led engagements involving coalition development, regulatory navigation, and stakeholder strategy.
